Add the tomatoes and half a tin of water, then simmer for 10 minutes. Season. STEP 3. Stir the tuna into the sauce with the rosemary (if using) and drained pasta, and tip into a 26cm x 18cm baking dish.. Soften a chopped onion in a large frying pan. Add chopped peppers, tuna fish, salt, pepper, garlic, tomato puree and oregano and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in tinned tomatoes and cream, bring to the boil, then stir in cooked pasta. Top with cheddar and mozzarella and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
